Kaizen Dojo's has been actively involved in the community for over 20 years instructing a variety of classes throughout the week ranging from:

• Zen Do Kai - (Australasia's largest Freestyle Martial Art).
• MMA - Mixed Martial Arts
• BJC Muay Thai - With students competing professionally.             
• Kids Kickstart Karate - Great for child development.
• Women’s Self Awareness - Great confidence boost.
• A.E.K - Arnis Escrima Kali.

Kaizen Dojos was founded by Renshi Mick Clark who has has over 27 years of experience and is currently a 4th Degree Black Belt in Zen Do Kai, 5th Degree in BJC Muay Thai & a level 2 A.E.K Instructor.
Kaizen Dojos has several assistant instructors ranging from 1st Degree Black Belt through to 3rd Degree Black belt ensuring that each student encounters a personal interaction with every class they attend.
